At Nexus, we cover a very broad range of Interim Managers. There are hardly any limits to the managerial and specialist positions our candidates can cover.

How do we work at Nexus?

When you contact us, you start the wheels turning in a process that results in the engagement of a highly qualified Interim Manager in your organization. For the duration you want. And without the complications and limitations inherent in permanent employment.

To start with, we have carried out extensive preliminary work and recruited some of the market’s best Interim Managers. Consequently, we have at our disposal a comprehensive database comprising competent candidates in many different fields. All with management experience and excellent strong, professional profiles.

Furthermore, we have ourselves developed a number of processes, which together with our database form the basis for our unique TotalMatch® tool. This enables us to find you the right person to attain the right results in a process, which is briefly described here.

Within 24 hours of the meeting, we will send you a written briefing which includes a timeline for the assignment.
This results in a competency profile, which is our guideline in the search process, interviews and for quality assurance.

Searching – we’ll find the right person! > Nexus has Denmark’s largest database of Interim Managers. This is our primary source, but we may also use a number of external databases to ensure that we find the right profile for each assignment.
Presentation and final selection > We present you the CVs of suitable candidates, we discuss their potential, and then you can invite those selected to an interview. You are the ones who make the final selection.
Contracts, communication, compensation > Contracts are made up, approved and signed. We keep you continually updated about the status of the process. And the Interim Manager is paid through Nexus throughout the assignment.
Quality assurance and follow-up > By confirming our quality assured work processes with follow-up during implantation, we assure optimal quality in the best interest of the client. Based in the experience gained, we are on a continuous basis improving our procedures to establish best practice.

Nexus ethics

Our Interim Managers deal with confidential information and strategies. In consequence, we have formulated a code of ethics, and we work accordingly.

General conditions

Nexus adheres to and complies with all relevant legislation and statutory regulations currently in force and regulating the Interim Management business and those business areas we are active in. We aim at all times to maintain the highest professional standards, and our work is characterized by objectivity, integrity and thoroughness.

Nexus operates in a climate of free and fair competition, and will not engage in any unlawful restraint of trade or unfair method of competition. Nexus will not sell, trade or otherwise provide any client-related information to third parties. All data and information are treated strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the Danish Data Protection Agency.

In fee negotiations, Nexus will endeavour to represent the client’s best interest and at the same time be fair to the candidate. Nexus will not offer the same candidate to two different clients, unless this is done in complete openness, and with the awareness of all parties concerned. Nexus will conduct all its promotion, public relations and new business activities in a manner that involves no representations, expressed or implied, that are false, deceptive or otherwise misleading.

Clients

Nexus regards as totally confidential all information concerning the business affairs of clients, and by means of a contract we seek to ensure that the same applies to our Interim Managers. Nexus professionals and Interim Managers will not discuss client matters in public and will not disclose any client information to third parties.

If there is a possible conflict of interest between clients and potential clients of Nexus, we undertake to openly present the situation to both parties. Nexus will not name the client to a candidate unless this has been first agreed with the client. An Interim Manager will not be offered alternative assignments without the client’s knowledge.

While an Interim Manager is on assignment for a client, Nexus will not pay to the Interim Manager, their spouse’s, partners or business associate’s any form of fee in connection with other assignments or consultant work.

The candidates

All information received from candidates and Interim Managers will be kept fully confidential. All candidates for assignments with Nexus must confirm their acceptance of registration in Nexus’ database, and can withdraw such registration at any time. Candidate CVs are forwarded to clients only with the candidate’s prior permission.

Any candidate approached and interviewed is entitled to receive a detailed assignment brief on terms approved by the client subject to the candidate signing a confidentiality agreement.
